WE ALL NEED SOMEONE TO GUIDE US
Have you been trying to learn something new on your own only to find out at some point that you are completely lost? How many times it has happened that you are trying to learn something and don’t know what to do about it, but someone just gives you a nudge in the right direction and suddenly you know what to do all the way from thereon? How many times have you just wished that if you had the right teachers at school, you may have ended up differently?
We all need a mentor in our life at any given point of our life. In the beginning it is our parents, then our school teachers, then sometimes friends, a good senior and so on. But so many people do not reach their full potential because of not having a good mentor.
WHAT MENTORSHIP IS ALL ABOUT?
I have had my share of good and bad mentors in life. I can’t be grateful enough of my parents who have always given me the best possible guidance in life and I am where I am now because of them. They really helped cancel out the negative effects of bad mentors I had on the outside world.
However, I have seen many of my friends and family suffer permanent damages in life due to wrong decisions which came out of poor or no mentorship at all. I find that in various work places especially, that seniors tend to be jealous of their juniors and they don’t give their full knowledge and experience out of their own insecurities which in the long run is bad for the juniors and the organization overall.
I have had teachers and superiors who would deliberately teach us wrong or incomplete things so they can spend the next hour shouting at us, boasting how awesome they are and how crappy we were.
This is my primary motivation of compiling a course based on my experience and study in the fields of Mindfulness/Meditation, NLP, Hypnosis, Linguistics, AI/Machine Learning, Philosophy and Religion. I have always taken mentoring/ counselling very seriously and I wish everyone does the same.
There is another thing I want to tell as to why I want to teach this course. It’s “Suits”. Yes, I am talking about Gabriel Macht and Patrick Adams aka Harvey Specter and Mike Ross. I love this season and it tells a lot about importance of mentoring and passing on what you have learned (whether right or wrong, good or bad) to the next generation so they can run things better or as Jose Silva would say “Leave behind a better world for the next generations to come”.
I really love how Jessica would train Harvey who would train Mike who would train Rachel and Oliver and so on. However, Louis Litt may give a whole other meaning to mentoring or training the associates and that may not be the best way to train people. At this point, if you have not seen the season, I recommend you please do that before the course. It’s not a pre-requisite though but it is a recommendation definitely.
I come from a military background where I was told that mentoring/counselling/teaching is all about the senior/teacher/mentor talking and the junior/student/mentee listening without questions. I have also seen a lot of favoritism and “heavy lifting” requirements put up by teachers and student’s willingness to do anything to get grades. I detest that and it is something I always speak out against.
What I loved about Harvey and Mike is that they had a Senior/Junior or Mentor/Mentee relationship but they would often work together, learn together, grow together which is primarily my philosophy for mentorship.
THE RIGHT ATTITUDE
A lot of people I have met in my life, have a really bad attitude when it comes to mentorship or counselling. Forcing your own ideas down people’s throats won’t help solve their problems. Dragging them to match your speed of learning won’t help them. It will only wear them out. Treating them like inferiors will not make them respect you. Lashing out on them because of someone else will not definitely help them grow. Putting them to useless mundane tasks will not help them prepare for future.
The people we mentor or teach or counsel are our responsibility. Death is smiling upon us all and someday we all have to die. The world will go on as it always helps. Our existence will only matter if we leave behind a legacy. Our legacy will be there if we help share our knowledge with others so they can work on it, make it better, grow and help make this planet better. Withdrawing knowledge for momentary gains is pointless in the long run. Remember, our next generation has to be better than the present, if we want humanity to survive in the long run. History is proof to it how nations, empires and kingdoms have fallen just because the next generation was not mentored to the level to help grow and develop the future ones. They all are now a mere memory preserved in books, nowhere to be seen living or breathing on earth.
CATER FOR INDIVIDUAL NEEDS
We are all in this together. No matter where you are or what you do, as a mentor, you have to cater for people’s individual needs. Only then you can have the combined outcome that you want. Remember that all societies, organizations etc are made of individuals. So at some point you have to get out of the stereotypes and see people as individuals rather than as their group, caste, color, gender, race or creed.
Whether you are mentoring an individual or a group or the whole organization, you have to keep in mind that there will always be people who cannot be helped by SOPs. You have to use your brain to analyze the situation and help them as per the situation’s requirement. It requires identification of their strengths and weaknesses, overcoming the weaknesses and captalizing on their strengths. This course will tell you how you can improvise along the way to ensure that you get the best results possible for your students.
THE GARDNER ANALOGY
No two people are identically the same. Same is the case with your students/mentees so please stop treating everyone the same. As a mentor your end goal is to help your mentees reach their best potential.
Think of it this way. You are a gardener who was different kinds of flowers and trees. You want them to grow to their full potential and give the best fruit possible. So, you will take care of when they want fertilizer, water etc. You don’t force a mango tree to give you walnuts or a rose to give out lilies. This is what I call “The Gardner Analogy”. Believe me the same applies in parenting as well which is a topic for my other course “The nurturer”.
As a teacher or mentor, you have to understand this. Don’t force your way to get things out of your students. Let them grow at their pace. All you have to do is to be a facilitator. Try to find the root causes of their weaknesses which we will discuss in the course and you will find that mentoring is easier “done than said”.
THIS PROGRAM SHOWS RESULTS!
This is not a program in which you just have a good time listening to cool stuff and carry on. This is a transformational program which will show results, only when you act on it. Planning is half of the battle but the other half is acting on it and being consistent. Thus, this is not a traditional goal setting or dream writing program. This is a DOING program. No self-help program is of use unless you act on it consistently and make it part of your daily habit.
Hence, if you plan to just roll with the flow of the course, without acting on it, without changing your behaviors and habits, then this program is not for you. Let me tell you something well in many areas. You will be forced into thinking a lot on various things. There will be a lot of questions asked. There will be a lot of writing done.

This is the part where I tell you the philosophy behind the name of the course. I love teaching and the whole idea of me starting “The Sage Force” was to teach people what I learn. I love the feeling of being able to help people understand what they could not previously. It is the reason why I would often volunteer to teach my classmates because it would help them prepare for exams and help me overcome my own shortcomings.
I have been taught in a system where the teacher is supposed to be a know-it-all kind of person whose job is to judge you and grade you. Counselling, from where I come from, is more about a shrink telling you everything that is wrong with you without any substantial steps to correct it. I mean, they don’t even get to the root of the problem. Mentoring or coaching from my background is a senior shouting at you, and the junior believing that it is for their good which actually is the opposite. The process of learning or growing is the least of concerns and asking a question or pointing out a certain flaw is considered a crime. Perhaps that is a major fault in our education system overall.
I have identified certain key elements which I believe a good mentor/counsellor/teacher and the course is designed in that fashion. It requires a good grip on Psychology, NLP, Hypnosis, Linguistics, Philosophy, coaching, counselling, therapy, Human Resource Management, understanding Organizations (and how they work) and how to deploy technology to your advantage.
My definition of Mentor here will be friend+coach+teacher+counsellor+therapist. That is pretty much what Dr. Lipshitz was to Louis Litt in the Season “Suits”. This is exactly how the course is designed and it aims to give you all the tools to be all these things.
Whether you are a parent, a teacher, a coach, a therapist, a hypnotist or a senior professional who is mentoring juniors, these key skills are what you will always need in your life.
You may or may not realize this but you are an ideal, a role model, a mentor, a coach, a friend, a teacher to someone and believe me, it is a huge responsibility to have. Most of us are not trained in this sector. People expect to know this all by magic but in reality, it requires focused effort, learning, dedication and hard work to be good at this.
Never take your position as a mentor for granted. I believe it is how we get to pass on our legacies. In the end what matters is how you impact people’s life and what legacy you leave behind. If you give your best to them, they will transfer it on the next generation which will then transfer to their next generation and so on. This is how I believe the human race can survive and thrive.
Yes, we learn and grow in our lifetime and at a certain point in life we have to help others (especially those younger than us) take over the mantle and continue the show. For that we have to know how to be a good mentor and how to deliver results.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the course duration?
There is no fixed duration for this. Take as much time as you like but do it right, to the best of your abilities. The course is deliberately left open ended in terms of time to so that you can have a more personalized approach to it. Everyone learns at a different pace.
I am always learning new things and expanding. I will be adding new things from time to time in the course whenever I learn something new. The purpose of the course is life-long learning rather than a one-time thing. I want to provide a one-stop solution to all problems people have in this area of life which is why there is no separate “basic” “intermediate” or “advanced” course to this. Everything is in this course and it will be expanded from time to time from basic to advanced. You get to pay once and enjoy forever!
How many lectures do I undergo in a day?
You will go at your pace. I suggest that you set aside one hour a day. Go through the lectures and do the practical steps religiously. Try to develop a habit of just showing up first and eventually you will be able to do the tasks that are assigned in each lecture. Do each step and dont skip any step. So take as much load as you can go on with. The course is very detailed and trying to do all of it at once wont do any good. The key is to take small consistent steps, show up and apply what you learn.
When will I see change in my Life?
You will begin to see the change when you adopt the mindset of a “Legend”. You will feel some old trash (people, things etc) in your life leave and when you adopt the lifestyle of a “Legend” (by consistently doing the right things), you will eventually see the world change. For some people it is in a couple of weeks and for some people, a couple of months. But the thing is, this course will change your world inside out if you properly follow it, GUARANTEED.
How is this course different from any other Life Improvement or Goal Setting Course?
Traditional goal setting is about you planning stuff in a linear fashion, feel good and then throw in trash. Atleast that is how I see it. Legendarium is much much MUCH detailed and deeper than this. It defines your present position through a huge series of self assessment
Is this course for Teenagers and Kids?
I suggest that that people of age more than 18 (those who are enroute a professional life) should do it. But it is definitely a good idea to introduce the whole discipline and philosophy of this course to kids and teenagers (Age 10 and above) so they can learn to have a more structured thought pattern and creativity.
I am 50+ Years old. How can this course help me?
Yes. All you need is a dedicated and focused effort of 1-2 years to see your goals become reality. Whatever time you have can be made better and better. So this course is definitely for you!
Is there a more Flexible Pricing Plan?
There are Three Plans: One time payment, Two monthly installment and The Yearly Subsciption model. The yearly subscription is fixed and is recommended so that you stay focused and do all the practical work. However there can be more flexible plans for the whole payment complete plans if you need it.

This course is about balancing all aspects of life. You can have a good health, good career, relationships, social life etc and enjoy good wealth all at same time. This course will take you deeper and you will see that life is much more than what we really think it is. We dive in to 5 major aspects, each subdivided into 5 more sub-aspects or elements. In Subscription model, the per month price is most convinent and extremely affordable for most people. You will get access to lessons on weekly basis.
