WHAT IS THE MASTER MIND SYSTEM?

Taking this course will give you the title of Master Mind. This course is the most in depth course on mindfulness and dynamic meditation. You can take this course and continue doing others. This course is very rich in terms of content and cannot be done all at once. I have designed it in small digestable chunks spread over a period of one year. You will have daily meditative tasks and some valuable lessons and insights to work on. This is done to make sure you develop the habit of meditation. You have to do each type of meditation before you go on learning how to be an instructor which will be taught once you do all the meditation. Meditation is all about practicality so that will be focused more compared to theory.

 n today’s world people are in a rush to do things. We are all in auto pilot mode and we really need to learn to slow down for a moment and recharge. No one has time for each other. They don’t even have time for themselves. Meditation is a subjective experience. You cannot write it. You can experience it and everyone has a different experience of it. In this course, the aim is not to stuff you with theory and stuff. Obviously there will be theory but we will be having enough of it to actually start applying practical stuff. Meditation is a very old practice and has many forms. We will be focusing on dynamic meditation where we go into Alpha level to not only just relax (or drift to sleep 😛 ) but we will use it to solve problems. Not only our problems, but we can help others as well. YES! We can help people by simply closing our eyes and relax.

WHY SHOULD I TAKE THIS COURSE? 

There are so many courses on meditation out there. Believe me I have been through so many of them myself. The thing is that no matter what type of meditation you do, it is useless unless you practice it daily. Yes! It has to be a part of your daily routine. Now I know it is not easy to fit meditation in such busy routine of yours but trust me it is almost as essential as any work out. Isnt it funny to know that relaxing your brain is the best work out for it?

Once there were two guys who challenged each other on something. The challenge was that the guy who would cut the most trees in 24 hours would win. One started cutting trees and went on for it all day. The other would take breaks and then cut trees. Guess which one won? It was the latter. The first guy asks the second how did he cut more trees when obviously he was the one busy working all day! The second dude told him that while he was not cutting trees, he was busy too. The first guy says “How is that possible?” The second guy says he was busy “sharpening the saw”.

That is exactly what we are going to do. We are going to learn how to sharpen the “saw”, I mean your brain. You might have heard about over training of muscles (if you are a hardcore gym boy like me). That is the same with brain. We keep it busy with useless thoughts and chatter which suck up our energy and that causes the brain to fatigue.

What if I tell you that instead of wasting energy on useless thoughts and wasting more energy “trying” to stop it, there is a way to simply relax, collect energy that is dissipating through these thoughts and focus them where you intend to. Don’t you think that in this way you can be more effective, get more done in less time which eventually leaves you with more time for family and friends and other things you want to do? Not only that, with more practice, you will have more insight, a deeper understanding of yourself and of the world. You will be more calm and patient, more caring and more understanding about what is in you and what is going on outside of you.

HOW IS THIS COURSE DIFFERENT?

In early 1900s Psychologists or behaviorists never considered visualization as part of any process of psycho-therapy. Now they do agree the power full effects of visualization. Science has not even scratched the surface of what is on this earth and it is still growing. There is a lot to learn.

Hence, my idea is simple. Use what works for you. So after undergoing all these kinds of courses, Ive learned to keep what is useful. The course will be updated as I learn more stuff. This course covers about all possible events in which you can apply meditation skill. Mostly meditation courses take you to relaxation and then there are just lectures. In this course you will be guided step by step and you will know what to expect. When you know the end game, you will definitely achieve what you aim for. What is the course pattern and duration?

You will be guided on every step but here is my request to you is that Please don’t skip the steps and complete every practice exercise before moving onwards. We will discuss what happens if you skip any step in process of learning and how it can affect your learning.

I have broken down the whole process into bite sized digestible portions. So please don’t be in a hurry to go through the course. It is more of an experiential course and I suggest that you go through each step no matter how it easy it seems.

Practice makes progress. Practice each technique till you have a grip on that and then move on. There are so many techniques in this course for everything and it is likely that you may forget them if you just skim past without understanding and practicing them.

I want you to set aside 30 min a day for yourself. Go through one lecture a day and practice the steps along with the exercises with conscious mindful effort. Have a grip on each technique before moving to the next. Little by little you can achieve greatness. I remember when I was learning Muay Thai, my teacher would say that it’s better to practice 15 minutes a day than to practice 5 hours on a Sunday. So please make a habit of going through the course daily, step by step.

I am deliberately not giving a timeline because everyone has different pace of learning. Some people may need to go through a lesson ten times before they can get to the next. In this case consistency matters the most. My advice is just to develop the habit to show up for the lesson and complete it till the last exercise. That is what we require from you!

Take it easy during the course. I don’t want you to pressure yourself into anything. Go slow but be consistent. Slow and steady wins the race. Even if you read 1000 words of any book a day as a habit you can complete a 10000 word book in ten days. So be easy but be consistent in the course.

If you have made the decision to buy this course, you have already boarded the train to an amazing journey of self-upgradation. Now just enjoy the ride. If you miss a day due to some reason, don’t beat yourself up. Just go easy and keep going. But please don’t make a habit to miss out the lectures please more than twice in a row.

How many lectures do I undergo in a day?

You will go at your pace. I suggest that you set aside one hour a day. Go through the lectures and do the practical steps religiously. Try to develop a habit of just showing up first and eventually you will be able to do the tasks that are assigned in each lecture. Do each step and dont skip any step. So take as much load as you can go on with. The course is very detailed and trying to do all of it at once wont do any good. The key is to take small consistent steps, show up and apply what you learn.

When will I see change in my Learning?

For some people it is in a couple of weeks and for some people, a couple of months. But the thing is, this course will change your world inside out if you properly follow it, GUARANTEED. Remember to do all the exercises taught in the course and most importantly, be consistent.

How is this course different from any other meditation course in terms of content?

Traditional courses are more or less “some theory taught to you”, you feel good and then you throw in trash. Atleast that is how I see it.
