Every day we see new channels and programs out there, promising you that “6 pack abs” or “celebrity body” in 7 weeks… Or may be days?

Have you seen that new diet which promises 10 pounds drop in 5 days? How fun it must be to starve yourself or being forced to eat things you don’t really like?

There is so much information out there on the internet that even the smartest ones will follow anything without questioning and end up getting no results and being miserable.

THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A QUICK FIX

My friends, where ever you see the words like “fast way” or “quick method” or any thing along those lines, I have a simple advice for you.

RUN AWAY!

Remember that there is no such thing as a quick fix or a fast method. Our biological processes are not lightning fast and as you know from your experiences of growing up form baby phase to adult phase (if you have made it this far), things take their time. Change a rather slow, evolutionary process.

Whatever health condition you are in now is probably due to your past habits over the years. Whatever you see is the cumulative result of your past deeds (Unless you have some genetic or some other disease in which case I recommend you see a doctor). It took time for you to get overweight or underweight.

So remember that it will take time to get back into your dream shape. Rome was not built in a day. Whatever method you choose, if you are following the right practices and choices, consistently over a long period of time (which I believe is at least one year) you will see results. 

Key is to stay consistent, develop right habits and monitor yourself over a period of atleast one year to see results you want.

FOCUSING ON THE LONG RUN

Most programs we see out these on the internet, tend to focus on the short term results. You get to do a few jumping jacks, starve yourself, lose some water weight, lose some belly circumference due to less food in your stomach and feel good for a while. 

What follows is important. You find yourself unable to stick with the diet. You miss your favorite food. The promise of one cheat day per week repeats on daily basis and you end up gaining more weight, believing that your body is not meant to be lean and sexy.

The problem is that these programs show you the end results. They really dont take you through the journey. They do not focus on the long run. They may teach you the basics and fundamentals of nutrition and workout but what about the lifestyle part of it?

You may stick to it because you are on vacations but when life happens, when all of the sudden work kicks in, how do you manage your things then? Do you adapt your nutrition and workout accordingly or you quit it thinking you will do it whenever you get time. Well guess what, that “time” will never come unless you decide it otherwise.

You need a plan that is adaptable to your body’s needs, your routine, your work and family life and your lifestyle. You need something you can stick to for the rest of your life. You need the right habits in place and the sense of making right choices so you can Be healthy and live healthy in the long run. When you walk, talk, run, eat and live like a healthy person, you eventually become a healthy person (Yes that includes the six packs and the 16inch biceps)

rEdefining HEALTH

Over the time we have seen various definition of health. In my village, it is still considered that “a man without a belly is like a house without a balcony”. However with time we have realized that balconies don’t do much good to us.

Then came the time in the 60s and 70s when people thought that being slim and smart is health. However we know that without a certain percentage of muscle mass, we cannot have strength and fitness in the long run.

After “Pumping Iron” the sub 10% fat movement began and people defined fitness by six pacs and huge muscles, Arnold Schwazenegger style. That would mean that people would resort to drugs that would not be a long term solution for health.

Recently we have seen the body positivity movement which focuses on self-love and being who you are. However this is another extreme people are going to and it is not the solution to the growing problem of obesity amongst our generation. 

Balance is the key here. We need to keep every thing in equilibrium. You need enough muscle to keep you strong and enough fat to not keep you starving. Health requires your bio markers running in an optimum condition.

WHAT DOES THE CONQUEROR MEAN?

I am a history buff. I love reading history and I do admire historical figures like Mohammad, Jesus, Moses (peace be on them all), Marcus Aurelius, Justinian, Saladin etc. They were all conquerors. 

In the days of old, one required not only brains but also the muscle power to show dominance. Believe it or not it still holds true. No matter which profession you are in, if you look good, it will add to you charisma and overall dominance. I dont mean to say that people who are not ripped and muscular should be shamed. What I am saying is that good Asthetics and Athletics do help you every where. 

Asthetics help you be more charismatic and dominant so that you can make more impact in the lives of people around you. Athletics allow you to be more vivacious and energetic. Remember, if you want your brain to perform good, your overall body needs to be in best form. Jim Kwik rightly says that as you move, your brain grooves… 

So if you want to be a conqueror in real life i.e. at work place, at home or at any place, you have to be in the best physical form. What is the course pattern and duration?

You will be guided on every step but here is my request to you is that Please don’t skip the steps and complete every practice exercise before moving onwards. We will discuss what happens if you skip any step in process of learning and how it can affect your learning.

I have broken down the whole process into bite sized digestible portions. So please don’t be in a hurry to go through the course. It is more of an experiential course and I suggest that you go through each step no matter how it easy it seems.

Practice makes progress. Practice each technique till you have a grip on that and then move on. There are so many techniques in this course for everything and it is likely that you may forget them if you just skim past without understanding and practicing them.

I want you to set aside 30 min a day for yourself. Go through one lecture a day and practice the steps along with the exercises with conscious mindful effort. Have a grip on each technique before moving to the next. Little by little you can achieve greatness. I remember when I was learning Muay Thai, my teacher would say that it’s better to practice 15 minutes a day than to practice 5 hours on a Sunday. So please make a habit of going through the course daily, step by step.

I am deliberately not giving a timeline because everyone has different pace of learning. Some people may need to go through a lesson ten times before they can get to the next. In this case consistency matters the most. My advice is just to develop the habit to show up for the lesson and complete it till the last exercise. That is what we require from you!

Take it easy during the course. I don’t want you to pressure yourself into anything. Go slow but be consistent. Slow and steady wins the race. Even if you read 1000 words of any book a day as a habit you can complete a 10000 word book in ten days. So be easy but be consistent in the course.

How many lectures do I undergo in a day?

You will go at your pace. I suggest that you set aside one hour a day. Go through the lectures and do the practical steps religiously. Try to develop a habit of just showing up first and eventually you will be able to do the tasks that are assigned in each lecture. Do each step and dont skip any step. So take as much load as you can go on with. The course is very detailed and trying to do all of it at once wont do any good. The key is to take small consistent steps, show up and apply what you learn.

When will I see change in my Learning?

For some people it is in a couple of weeks and for some people, a couple of months. But the thing is, this course will change your world inside out if you properly follow it, GUARANTEED. Remember to do all the exercises taught in the course and most importantly, be consistent.

How is this course different from any other accelerated learning course?

Traditional courses are more or less “some theory taught to you”, you feel good and then you throw in trash. Atleast that is how I see it. This course is much much MUCH detailed and deeper than any learning based course you will ever see. It takes you from basics of learning that is your brain level, gradually works on your memory and then reading, then thinking and so on. This is a more holistic approach that you will not find in any other course

Is this course for Teenagers and Kids?

I suggest that that people of age more than 18 (those who are enroute a professional life) should do it. But it is definitely a good idea to introduce the whole discipline and philosophy of this course to kids and teenagers (Age 10 and above) so they can learn to have a more structured thought pattern and creativity.
